No Faith in Judiciary-Bombay High Court Bail in Bank Fraud of Rs.2,42,31,21,019/- (Rupees Two Hundred Forty-Two Crore Thirty-One Lakh Twenty-One Thousand and Nineteen).
Bombay High Court granted bail on simple ground of Arrest after Sunset.
1. Has Court, did not think of robbery of hard earned public money???
2. Has Court , did not know, poor and middle class languishing in jail for years for simple case of thousand rupees ???
3. Has Court given bail to Criminal, to enjoy, fruits of their crime??
4. How Court will recover money without Accused??
Because of such Court position, White Collar Crimes are increasing and Criminal becoming confident.
